Farrars bare butt, or: practicing sports photography


Last weekend I went to see the Giro in both Amsterdam and Utrecht. I thought that this would be an excellent opportunity to practice sports photography. It certainly was, and although I did take some almost good photos in Amsterdam, and during the race in Utrecht, I will not post them here since I still have a lot of practicing to do.
I did manage to take some great pictures just after the finish in Utrecht though. Not only did I capture Tyler Farrar hugging his teammates, I also got a pretty good shot at his butt.

There had been a lot of falling during the race, and I got the chance to take this “licking the wounds” serie:




And here is a slightly disappointed looking Wiggins:

What do you think? Should I take my camera with me again to the Tour de France in Rotterdam?
